What we collect
When you join the wait list, tour, or write to us, we collect what you give us: your name, email address, phone number, the residence you are interested in, your intended move-in window, and anything you write in the message field.
We also collect ordinary technical information when you browse — pages viewed, approximate location from your IP address, the browser and device you used, and how you arrived.
Why we use it
- To answer you, and to follow up about availability and tours.
- To administer the wait list and match residences to what you asked for.
- To understand which pages people use, so the site gets better.
- To meet our legal and record-keeping obligations.
Who sees it
Our leasing team, and the service providers who run things on our behalf — hosting, email delivery, analytics, and our property-management systems. They may use it only to provide that service to us. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are kept while your interest is live and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted or anonymised. Where the law sets a retention period, we follow it.
Your choices
You may ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and opt out of marketing at any time — every email we send has an unsubscribe link. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA, including the right to know, to delete, to correct, and to opt out of sharing, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them.
Cookies
We use cookies for things the site needs to work and to measure traffic in aggregate. Your browser can refuse them; parts of the site may behave differently if you do.
